While we strive to offer helpful and accurate AI responses, they are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or financial). You are responsible for verifying information and using it at your own discretion.

You may not claim ownership over, reproduce, or redistribute AI-generated content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

OrionAI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use OrionAI, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that you use OrionAI at your own risk, and that any content generated or received through the service is your sole responsibility.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here or notified to you via email. Continued use of OrionAI after updates means you agree to the new Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to OrionAI at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
